In order to fully meet your personal needs we would highly appreciate you filling in the questionaire.
Based on your information, medical history and current health situation a personal treatment plan will be developed by our specialists in close cooperation with you.
Together we will plan further appointments, discuss our medical findings and suitable therapeutical options
If you are having your first appointment in our medical office the procedure will be as detailed below:
- first we will talk about your previos medical history and ask for details about your current complaints and the various forms of treatment you have had before. Furthermore we would like to learn about the most important aspects of your curriculum vitae, your private and professional situation. Please use our questionaire in order to facilitate the first appointment.
- if you book an appointment in advance, we will reserve more time for you, than in our consultation time for acutely ill patients.
- we will discuss the medical findings with you and explain the therapeutical options.
- finally we will offer you an individual treatment plan and organize further appointments.
